Founded in 1968 by a small group of friends
based in Blandford, the group is still going strong with members in
Wimborne, Blandford, Shaftesbury, Gillingham and Sherborne - and villages
in between. Most, but not all, of our members are retired.
Walks vary between 6 and 9 miles and are usually on weekdays, circular but with an occasional linear walk using a coach - at present the group is tackling the Leland Trail.
